About the Event
In collaboration with Defne Municipality, the Next Generation Science Association, and Drone Soccer Turkey and Istanbul Drone Soccer, the Fly for Hope project brings an exciting new journey to children and young people in Hatay.
The first steps of this mission were taken in November 2024, when the Istanbul Drone Soccer Team visited Hatay for an inspiring workshop. Since then, @istanbuldronesoccer has continued to be one of the strongest supporters of Fly for Hope.
What Participants Will Experience
Children and young people joining the event will:
- Receive hands-on training in innovative drone technologies,
- Gain valuable aeronautical skills,
- Develop 21st-century STEM-based competencies,
- Strengthen their physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and creative abilities.
This empowering experience will help prepare them for the future while making learning fun and engaging!
Looking Ahead
This is just the beginning!
Following the event, new teams will be established in Hatay to prepare for the Drone Soccer Turkey World Cup, which will take place in Istanbul in September 2025.
